  1.   

    如果是默认fckeditor的上传功能的话
    则修改 fckeditor/editor/filemanager/connectors/aspx/config.ascx 的代码如果使用了ckfinder的话
    则修改 fckeditor/editor/ckfinder/config.ascx的代码自己多看两遍 就明白了

    直接把word execl导入不行吗？

    ToolBar  属性，用Default就可以了呀，不要用Basic
