服务器报错，请问这是什么错误啊？

新做的站运行几天了，每天总会偶尔出现两三次这样的错误，不是某个页面，好象所有页面都会这样报错，可过几十秒就刷新一下又好了，想知道是什么原因造成的？？Server Error in '/' Application.
