鼠标焦点放到框架页，以感应鼠标的滚轮

怎么能吧焦点放在框架页上呢？现在这个页面滚动条只能用鼠标拖动而不能用滚轮。
“iframe.document.focus();”怎么用啊？？这个问题郁闷了我好几天，求解！！
