动态页面生成静态页面怎么搞？

我想问问关于生成静态页面的知识（越多越好）。主要是一个传参数的新闻页面，把它搞成静态页面。
要用到什么什么模板页，怎么用，页面上的还有别的动态的新闻列表，怎么更新？这个静态页面什么时间去生成，生成后又怎么更新。
最好能全过程写写，（当然最主要的是思想完整）。

请不要直接拷贝使用，里面的路径需要更改，但程序绝对没问题，在我本地已经测试通过。另外在使用时，比如我要把新闻的内容分成4页，就应该这样写：111|222|333|444。
一般网站的压力，用cache足够了。页面模板主要是用一些样式页面+类似通配符的符号，然后用后台工具查询数据来替换匹配的符号。
用标签模板就可以标签主要就是{title},{content}类似这样的自定义的标识位生成的时候，把这些标识位替换成数据库内的数据，然后用File类生成文件。这个静态页面一般在添加和修改的时候去生成至于代码，网上有很多，你自己搜搜吧

用AJAX吧，不用模板
你先做成动态页，然后用Ajax去获取这个页的HTML代码，然后写成一个HTML文件即可。如果你要全站都静态化，你动态页里的链接地址也要相应的改改。比如，你有一个链接连到http://www.abc.com/dispcontent.asp?id=1631，那么你应该把这个改成http://www.abc.com/dispcontent1631.html或者其他形式，总之就是建议用ID号加其他的什么东东比如内存添加的时间等来做静态页面的地址。
