现在有两个表
produtype; 字段有 id ,name
product; 字段 producttype，name，productid
其中id与producttpye 对应
我想用两个DropDownList选择.
第一个DropDownList 显示produtype表的name字段 当选中时，另一个显示product表中的 name字段

第二个DropDownList中的Text显示produt表的name字段, value是produt表的producttype字段把第一个DropDownList的 AutoPostBack属性设置为true, 然后在OnSelectedIndexChanged事件中根据value绑定第二个DropDownList
