web.config 中水晶报表设置问题。

折腾我两天了，一直出问题，请问下怎样能解决下面问题我装的是cr10 temp权限我也给了.但就出现一下错误。今天不是第一帖了，目前来说问题没彻底解决，我电脑里面没装VS，各位达人们，能解决吗？
