asp.net2.0 出现global Assembly Cache 怎么解决

系统WindowsXP Sp3,用ie访问本机任何asp.net2.0站点均出现下述错误，在google上寻寻觅觅无果，失声无语中，望指点一二：
Failed to execute the request because the ASP.NET process identity does not have read permissions to the global assembly cache. Error: 0x80131902

xp的系统不像windows2003可以建网站
xp只能建虚拟目录
导致该问题的原因我并没有深究
但是我想你把主目录下的文件路径更改为你要访问的程序即可
记住是“主目录”，不是新建“虚拟目录”
