webservice发布到iis,提示 MySql.Data.dll错误,请问大牛什么原因?

在vs2005中调试生成 webservice在localhost是可以打开的, 可访问mysql.  但是发布到我本机的iis后,无法打开, MySql.Data.dll我已经拷贝了到了很多位置,还是报错:Configuration Error
