目前重起服务器
服务器端和客户端的配置文件也按照外国的一些网站资料搞过
还是搞不定
WSEServiceWse类是继承Microsoft.Web.Services3.WebServicesClientProtocol类的
高手请支招吧

重启服务器尝试下先
或者你是否使用了UsernameTokens造成的authentication失败
