asp.net 网站配置IIS 调用C++动态连接库DLL文件 错误 异常来自 HRESULT:0x800736B1

Question

我在我本地 服务器 2003上 使用 动态连接库  没有问题  但是 拿到 网络服务器上 说 我使用动态连接库有错误 
我的网络服务器是 一台独立服务器  要是 我把那动态连接库删掉 我的后台程序aspx页面功能就能正常使用 
但是加上就报错误

环境问题，那绝对是环境问题，我以前也遇到一个这样的问题：Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assemby "Mogre, Version=1.4.8.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1) 
郁闷了几天，终于解决了。要安装 Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)安装 vc2005 sp1 就不行下载地址：vcredist_x86.exe

这个也安装了，同样没有用！
