如何清除静态变量？？？？？

我在程序中定义了一个静态变量，
public static string x = string.Empty;
但程序关闭后又打开该这是仍然存在，，请问怎么清除呢？谢谢！

如果有页面的话，用隐藏控件如textbox或label代替你想要的静态保存的功能就不会出现麻烦了，。
