求救，关于asp.net上传大文件web.config设置问题

Question

已经在web.config里面设置了最大上传文件限制      <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="57344"  executionTimeout="3600" maxWaitChangeNotification="1200" requestLengthDiskThreshold="1024"/>并把上面的放在<system.web></system.web>中但是在上传文件过程，还是大于4M的文件上传不了，
请问是什么原因啊？
