IE运行 aspx文件出现 Server Application Error

我的操作系统是XP professional sp2 
IE可以打开.htm , .html 格式文件,
但是打开任何.aspx 文件都出现 Server Application Error
IE里出现:
Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

ASP.NET State Service服务是否开启，
重启下iis。

出现此问题，多数是因为IIS内同时有.net1.x和.net2.0网站存在，建议分别为站点分配独立的应用程序池．

重装了IIS,试了各种方法,还是Server Application Error
但是打开htm网页就正常。
打开任何.aspx文件都出现Server Application Error
在.aspx文件上用右键选择"打开方式"，用IE打开aspx时出现：无法显示 XML 页。 
使用 XSL 样式表无法查看 XML 输入。请更正错误然后单击 刷新按钮，或以后重试。
