asp.net的困惑

自从出现asp.net项目无法调试以来,我被折腾了近10天,现在重装了系统,IIS,VS.NET2003,现在又出现了新问题:1\打开项目时提示HTTP1.1 500 服务器出错,2\调试时,出现"无法在WEB服务器上启动调试,发送HTTP请求时发生服务器端错误",3\Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance..... 刚学习ASP.NET没有多久,就出现了这样的问题.真是很郁闷.BAIDU搜索的方法都用遍了,还是不行,各位大侠,请帮帮忙拉小弟一把!
