vCenter服务器重启后管理员账号登陆失败

最近公司准备上线虚拟化项目，为了更好地学习虚拟化技术，利用机房的空置服务器搭设虚拟化环境，使用VMware vSphere and Operations Management 6.0套件。安装流程如下：首先安装了一台ESXI主机，将AD服务器部署到这台主机上；在另外一台服务器上运行Win Server 2012,部署了ORACLE数据库用于vCenter的数据存储。
昨天安装了vCenter之后，使用[email protected]账号在vClient登陆成功，因为Server 2012默认没有启用flash，无法使用IE使用Web Client。安装了flash后重启vCenter服务器，莫名其妙的无法使用管理员账户从vClient登陆vCenter(密码肯定正确），提示用户名或密码错误。从浏览器访问https://localhost:9443/vsphere-client提示sso错误，日志如下：[2015-09-17T03:40:03.945+08:00 vsphere.local        2ba0ec54-4434-4153-be3b-f9f886a7bfd6 INFO ] [IdentityManager] Authentication succeeded for user [[email protected]] in tenant [vsphere.local] in [6] milliseconds with provider [vsphere.local] of type [com.vmware.identity.idm.server.provider.vmwdirectory.VMwareDirectoryProvider]
