怎样绑定数据到jQuery EasyUI的上DataGrid？

我的代码如下，但我不知道怎样绑定DataGrid数据。

结果在界面显示的是，json字符串在这个表格的上面显示，不知道怎样把这个json字符串绑定到这个表格里啊？
