winform程序 导出EXCEL System.IO.FileNotFoundException: 未能加载文件或程序集“Microsoft.Office.I

    开发的电脑装的是WIN7 + OFFICE2007  现在程序写好后导出EXCEL功能在WIN7系统下正常，但是在XP系统（OFFICE2003 和2007都不行）提示：************** 异常文本 **************

试了网上说的一些方法 卸载了OFFICE重试安装不行，使用修复功能（我的OFFICE2003 上没有".NET 可编程性支持"这个选项）求高手指点，这个问题要如何处理，另个哪里可以下载到全功能的OFFICE 2003  或是".NET 可编程性支持" 单独安装的程序
