字符串中隐藏的特殊字符

Question

string str = "站址设在云水而得名。";
我将该字符串插入到远程的mysql数据库中，一直报错：Incorrect string value: '\xAA\xAD\xB6\xF8\xB5\xC3...' for column 'plhistory' at row 1    
plhistory 就是mysql表中的一个字段
而我换成其他的字符串就可以，我怀疑这个字符串里面含有其他特殊的字符，请各位帮帮忙，在这里谢谢了

似乎是b和utf编码问题
“mysql的某个字段编码不支持中文， 
把mysql的那个字段定义后加上“character set utf8”就OK了”
