VS2005安装在WIN2003需要SP1，可SP1装不上，怎办？

我用的是WIN2003，昨晚安装VS2005，提示需要先装SP1，然而从微软上下的SP1竟然安装不了，提示密钥不对（D版的装不了），各位有没有什么办法安装VS2005或安装WIN2003　SP1？

1、win2003上装虚拟机虚拟个winxp，在上面装vs2005；
2、再去买个包含sp1的win2003，跟老板声明不是的退货...
