如何分析POP收下来的邮件

收下来的邮件,每个邮箱系统内容都会不尽相同,有些有规则,有些没有规则,请问谁知道统一的邮件内容规则是什么样的?
怎么样把这样乱码变成中文.
有把各个部分解析出来的最好.
