请教paypal，sandbox的使用？？

    初次使用paypal的sandbox 注册了一个虚拟用户后，怎么登录不了？
    提示的错误为：
      “You must confirm your email address before using Developer Central. Click on the link in the email you received, or click here to resend the confirmation code to your email address.”
我在整个页面里没有看到有虚拟的邮箱啊!
    我该怎么办？谢谢各位了。
