Exception message: 拒绝访问。
装了3.5与错误有啥关系嘛。。
不是提示很清禁楚。拒绝访问。
跟安装3.5可能关系不大。
可能跟你没有UAC提升，没有足够权限有关系。
You dont have permissions to listen to http requests. Use the httpreserve command line utility to run using a non-administrator account你没有相应的权限来操作，你右键使用管理员运行vs看看。
