ACCESS日期问题

Access中如：
Select * From [CDestine]  Where DestineTime>2000-5-3-1-1-1
却能查出来
Select * From [CDestine]  Where DestineTime<2008-5-3
查不出记录不知为什么，用Between and 也不好用
（并且数据库中的数据肯定存在）
主要想查出某点时间前后3小时的内容
还有其它的办法吗？

在两头加上#号：Select * From [CDestine] Where DestineTime > #2000-5-3#
