cookie出现乱码

Question

因为是DOWN下来的代码..其他设置都改过来了。.就这个没改过来。.请大家帮忙解决..代码贴在下面..
在网上找了好多种原因..发现不是webconfig的问题.里面加了requestEncoding="gb2312" responseEncoding="gb2312"
然后其他的也试了些..但是不见效果.using System;
