C#中关于summary注释问题

在C#中的summary相信大家都非常喜欢，如果我们给程序的方法之类加上summary注释，在编写调用该方法是会弹出你加上的注释，这样写代码时就更容易理解该方法的用处。
请问大家我在一个C#.NET 中 A项目 中编写好的代码生成了 .dll 加入到 B项目中 书写时在 A项目中的 summary注释为什么不会出来?

when you compile project A, you can get the xml document.
now you add the assembly to project, you must copy the xml document to \bin\debug folder of project b, then you can read your comment.

open project property dialog, you can set "xml documentation file".

在项目的属情对话框中可以设一个输出xml文件，在使用的时候把这个输出的xml文件与dll放到一起就可以了。
