winForm窗体淡入淡出所引起的问题,请帮忙一下~~

下面是我实现窗体淡出的代码，我想问一下:我在程序中加入了以下的代码后淡出的效果出来了，但是却遇到了一个奇怪的问题，如果把textBox放在guoupBox里面的时候，textBox这个控件就看不见，但如果把鼠标移过去，就会变成I形呀，点击，这textBox会显示出来；如果把这textBox放在groupBox外面，就能够正确地显示 ，两种情况textBox均能使用，望高手指点指点。using  System.Runtime.InteropServices;
