求助.Net Framework 3.0 - 安装

求助：为什么我在装Visual Studio 2005 Extensions for .Net Framework 3.0 RC 1 (vsextwfx.msi 3.7M)，出现错误，提示 Setup has detected that a prerequisite is missing. To 
use Microsoft Visual Studio Code Name "Orcas"

.NET Frmaework 3.0 runtime installed. Please install 
the .NET Framework 3.0 runtime and restart setup. 我的操作系统是Windows 2003， 是刚装的系统，先装.NET 3.0运行时，然后是VS 2005 和 MSDN，再装RC1 的SDK， 
然后在装

就报错了！ 
意思大概是没有装 .NET 3.0的运行时，可是我明明有装啊？？
