安装vs2003出现Setup Runtime Files不成功的问题

Question

开始时提示安装一些IIS等东西，因为不打算做web，所以选择了continue，然后在提示下插入了第五张盘，安装frontPage extention和framework都成功，但是最后提示Setup Runtime Files失败，查看安装日志如下，不是很懂意思，很郁闷，望高手帮忙解决一下，在线等ing。

没碰到过，不过建议换张光盘试试。
