服务器运行.aspx页面出现了困惑我很久的问题

现在的服务器是国外的，原来放在国内的时候没有出现过这个问题，我觉得是服务器版本和程序版本的不一致问题，朋友说服务器是全能的，支持asp和.net，.net应该是支持目前最高的，我的程序也是编译成Microsoft .NET Framework 4。
