高分求解2个问题，动态控件组如何添加事件，还有panel的背景图拉伸

Question

问题1：我想动态声明一组label，并且同时还要添加onclick事件，onclick根据不同的label做不同的事
问题2：label是放在一个panel上的，panel设有背景图，但是不能拉伸，郁闷死，放一个picturebox发现又把label给挡住了，
请问大家又什么好得办法，多谢
