请问这是什么原因造成的？

安装了vs.net2005,windows2003最初用的时候程序能够正确运行，后来升级的时候自动安装了一个文件：隐约记得有CGI+, ISAPI什么的，安装之后再运行程序就出现下面的错误：
You have attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be executed.
Please try the following:Contact the Web site administrator if you believe this directory should allow execute access. 
HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied.

设置你的web虚拟目录的权限，加上允许执行。

在IIS下修改权限的时候发现PERMISSION属性下有很多我不知道的用户，administrator是full. 而我用的就是administrator阿？ 另外很多我不为加入的用户是怎么回事？
