在C#中怎么去压缩文件？

网上差不多都是利用SharpZipLib 来做的
很做例子都是一样的，只能压缩，不能解压缩，而且对中文的支持不行！
希望有哪位能提供代码或则资料，多谢了！

装winrar，其安装文件夹下有rar.exe和unrar.exe，可以在C#里调用来实现解压缩，这两个文件都是控制台文件，应该可以单独使用的。
