我在网上找了一个WEB程序，可是打不开，知道原因的兄弟看下

具体情况如下：
文件目录CodeResource，我建的虚拟目录也是CodeResource
文件里面有一个叫CMS.csproj的文件，这个应该就是工程文件
可是我一打开就出错
出现提示信息：
Visual Studio.NET cannot create or open the application.The likeliest problem is that
required components are not installed on the local Web server.Run Visual Studio.NET setup
and add the Web Development component.
