怎么读取Outlook Express中的内容？

如题，英雄们，救命啊，怎找不到办法我就要疯了~~~~我找了好久都找不到资料，邮件格式是dbx格式和pst格式。

谢谢楼上的，只不过1. Outlook提供的COM是有问题的。
2. 那个codeproject的例子我找到过了，就是用了COM，有问题。问题在，读取的时候会弹出安全窗框警告，要用钱来买数字签证才能绕过，再者，我是想读取Outlook Express，不是Outlook，暂时还没找到例子啊，谁能提供一下。还是非常感谢楼上的
