NDoc 1.3.1 遇到问题

使用NDoc1.3.1将C#代码中的注释生成帮助文档发现两个问题无法解决
1.无法转换中文
2.使用单个dll成功编译，但是同时用多个Dll一起编译时发生如下错误：

即使将mscorlib.resources这个dll拷贝到搜索的目录中也没用，请问哪位大侠知道怎么回事？
