重酬求助——软件制做！

酬金2000元人民币，求以下软件： software which is able of inject traffic into a network and monitor flow rate and then testes the stress of network。（测试网路的载入容量对于载入者了解自己的（载入）操作过程来说是必须的一个环节，这个project要求开发一个可以向网路系统载入通信量，并监视网路的数据流动率的软件～～～） 要求是：testing network load capacity is essential to allow a fuller understanding of their operation. this project will develop software that is able to inject traffic into a network and then monitor flow rates.（这个软件的功能是向网络发送通信量并且监视网络的数据流动率，并以此来测试对网络的影响～～～） 要求用VB或C＋＋、JAVA来做。其它没有什么要求了。 不知道哪位侠士、壮士可以接单，希望大家能踊跃投稿啊。
