可能我说的不清楚，用windform 发邮件会遇到can not access  CDO.Message 的exception,避免的方法如下：
Try to add a relay On Default SMTP Virtua Server...
Jusr right Click on Default SMTP Virtua Server....
Go to properties ....
Go to Acces Tab..
Click on Relay...
Click on ADD...
Then give the IP Address of your computer in IP BOX...
Click OK...

你发不出email,因为没有安装SMTP服务,请在iis安装里重新安装一下就ok
