为什么我的加密/解密函数在XP通不过？？？

不是很了解，不知道这样的des加密有意义吗？

开发环境没安装XP，只知道包含该函数的系统在XP运行出错。
估计是解密解得不对，但在2000上是好好的。大家不妨编译一下，
然后再2000和XP运行比较。

注意：sKey输入密码的时候，必须使用英文字符，区分大小写，且字符数量是8个，不能多也不能少，否则出错。
