问一个电脑常识的问题!

想在这里问,因为我觉得大家都应该会遇到过:Error 1
Unable to copy file "obj\x86\Debug\StringTest.exe" to
"bin\Debug\StringTest.exe".
The process cannot access the file 'bin\Debug\StringTest.exe'
because it is being used by another process. StringTest也就是进程的终止,
我用 tasklist终止,说成功终止,但是在"任务管理器"中,还是存在,
用IceSword工具终止后,即刻又重新运行.俺要疯掉了....用 ntsd 说不是内部命令(我知道应该是格式不对,但是都是按网上的,copy过来也...)...
