安装.NET Framwork2.0 时出现的问题（已安装1.1，系统为Windows2003）

哪位高手告诉我下安装.Net Framework 2.0的时候都需要什么后台服务开启？
因为这个服务器配置过权限，禁用了一些不必要的服务，我怀疑可能是禁用的服务导致的问题。
因为我在另外一个没配置过权限的2003系统上安装成功了。
请高手赐教啊。
错误提示：安装程序集错误，拒绝访问，那么安装程序集的时候都需要什么服务必须开启呢？
