关于C#调用摄像头的问题

不妨使用Silverlight的“本地窗口程序/浏览器外”模式开发一个应用程序。它不需要你安装什么摄像头驱动，就能开发很好的摄像头录象软件。而且可以支持本地磁盘读写、支持udp/tcp跨进程通讯，可以跟其它桌面程序集成起来。
