请教：怎样才能在c#中创建数据库文件，如dbf,mdb之类？

为什么不先新建一个Access文件呢
而非要动态创建

比如说，我又一张表（如操作系统的进程表），
想用保存文件对话框选择一个文件名，...
再比如，我想用一个文件名序列存放log，为了
以后便于查询且向下兼容，想存放成dbf格式，...
另外，如果可能的话，想找一个可以存放成
各种格式的支持.net的组件，api，或其他什么的
