.Net中的函数不能替代API,因为很多功能都是建立在API之上的，比如请求I/O，C#就不能直接请求，它必须建立在API之上，比如现在大部分访问COM口的控件也是建立在API之上的，只不过是C#做了封装而已,所以说C#目前还不能替代API。
