how do you create strong Name ?   I think the method is something wrong sn -k gacutil

A Strong Named assembly requires all its referenced assembly also be Strong Named.
1) If you have control over CDO.dll, add a strong name to it.
2) Otherwise, remove the strong name on your assembly.

改一下工程的wrapper....file属性,设置为SNK文件重新引用   OK

做邮件发送时,前几次没出现问题，以后出现错误 
错误提示： 
邮件无法发送到 SMTP 服务器。传输错误代码为 0x800ccc60。服务器响应为 Unwelcome connection rejected.
