请问如果不装VS.net能用别的方法运行和调试C#程序吗?

open a dos window (Programs->Accessories->Command Prompt), also see

I couldn't find the program ,"command prompt", in the path.......

last problem,how can i set the default path point to the path which inculded the csc.exe?
for example:
in dos,we always set some paths in file "autoexec.bat",and how to sets the default path in winXP?
