As is said,that file is in your .NetFramework directory,if you've installed .Net Framework.If you haven't got .Net framework installed,even you got that file,you might got nothing to do with it.

yes,I can find the System.Management.dll in that directory, but i also cann't use
the Management's namespace in the visual studio2002, why?????
 Here is the report"H:\Visual Studio Projects\Prac\Root\Form1.cs(7): 类型或命名空间名称“Management”在类或命名空间“System”中不存在（是否缺少程序集引用？）"
