如何封装一个Soap消息包，为什么没有SoapFormatter???

我知道，可是我再写程序时发现SoapFormatter，在System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters中并没有Soap这个包，这是为什么啊！？

什么添加引用啊。
我再using System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.动态提示中就没有Soap。我自己写进去之后，编译时他说找不到这个包。

in the Solution Explorer, add a reference to 
System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Soap.dll
