安装vs.net 问题!! 100分

建议你把系统清理一下后，先装IIS，再重装应该不会有问题？至少我没碰到过

可能:
1、装有dotNet的Beta版。 
2、Install Service有问题。 
Install Service不能支持dotNet Setup的Custom Action，在重新启动系统后，手动重新启动Install Service。也有可能你的系统启动了Run AS 服务。这样你有可能不是使用administrator用户帐号安装程序，也有可能出错。 实际上安装VS.Net是一个长时间的过程。与其在现有系统上安装，还不如重新安装系统，然后在干净的系统的上安装。我发现在干净的系统上安装VS.Net，时间要远远比在已有系统上安装快得多。而且没有错误。

After uninstalling a pre-release version of Visual Studio .NET, the file mscoree.dll may not have been removed successfully from the System32 folder. During setup, you may see a 1935 error because this file is present. Setup has detected products using the Beta2 Frameworks. Please check dotnetfx.log in the temp directory for details."
To resolve this issue :
1,Verify that you have run all the steps . 
2,If the problem persists, from the Start menu, choose Run. 
3,Type %windir%\system32 and click OK. 
4,Delete the file mscoree.dll from the System32 folder.
