    但是，它在我指定url时就提示说访问拒绝。如：
    下载“http://www.soapengine.com/lucin/soapenginex/smsx.asmx?wsdl”时出错。请求因 HTTP 状态 407 失败：Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied.  )。

    你们公司是不是安装了ISA，ISA禁止你访问上面的地址

    你的Client程序在运行的时候需要设置proxy信息：
