    对于书：我已经在书店看到一本中译本，但比较薄，价钱也就20不到。
    对于msdn2001，D版光碟很多有卖。

    关于C#的书，中译文，只有见到《展望C#》；
    C#的编译环境是.NET Framework SDK, IDE是Visual Studio.NET 现在只有BETA 1；
    现在，可以免费下载.NET Framework SDK（微软站点）；
